Shipping Within the United States

At this time, The Book Crate ships to addresses within the United States only. We are not currently offering international shipping but hope to expand in the future.

Flat-Rate Shipping

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping on all orders.

• Orders under $15 ship for a $2 flat rate

• Orders over $30 ship for a $12 flat rate

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total. All orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely.

Carriers

Orders are shipped using USPS, DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx, depending on which carrier provides the most reliable delivery to your location.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. However, once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery delays or lost packages are outside of our control. 

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us at makaylaknielson@gmail.com so we can assist you in filing a claim or locating it.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. The Book Crate is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
